Thousands of people on Friday night converged at Kololo Airstrip, Kampala to tap into the blessings of the Holy Spirit in a service led by visiting Nigerian Pastor Enoch Adeboye.

Adeboye who arrived in the East African country on Tuesday has had a busy end of the week that saw him speak to church leaders, market place leaders among others.

Friday night’s ‘Holy Ghost Night’ service was organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Uganda under the theme; Greater Glory taken from 2 Corinthians 3:18.

People of all walks of life thronged Kololo Airstrip as early as 4pm for the service

Pastor is the General overseer of RCCG International with its headquarters in Nigeria.

People thronged Kololo Airstrip as early as 4pm and braved the sunshine to wait for the service that was also attended by Uganda’s First Lady, Janet Kataaha Museveni whose Christian devotion is admirable.

On Thursday, Pastor Adeboye met with Bishops, pastors and ministers at Kololo Airstrip

First daughter, Pastor Patience Rwabwogo of the Covenant Nations Church was also present.

CNC’s choir featured on the night by leading the congregation in a session of praise and worship.

Tomorrow, Pastor Adeboye will be the main preacher in a special service at the Covenant Nations Church in Luzira.
