Centenary Bank’s Kasese branch has relocated to a new swanky branch in the western district with the financial institution saying it is targeting hard-to-reach areas.
The relocation happened at a function on Saturday that was preceded by mass led by Kasese Diocese Bishop.
“We appreciate the church for believing in our mission and for giving us the opportunity to relocate to the new premises. This move will not only benefit the people of Kasese but also those in neighboring districts,” the bank posted on it’s social media pages.
It added, “We are committed to reaching more unbanked people, especially those in hard-to-reach places. Our digital services like Agent banking and CenteMobile, and products like Agribusiness loans, Microloans, and CenteEducation loans are transforming lives. Let’s support our children’s education by taking up the CenteEducation school fees loan.”
Centenary Bank is Uganda’s leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over 2.4 million customers, with an asset base of UGX 5.5 trillion.
At Saturday’s event, the bank honored it’s very first clients in the district for their unwavering loyalty and long-standing relationship.
MD Fabian Kasi awarded the clients for their valuable contribution to the bank’s success.
