Spiritual Hunger Will Make You A Leader In Your Dispensation – Apostle Grace Lubega

Published

on

True hunger is the submission to the process that sets people ahead of their peers and in every dispensation there are people appointed to feed the hungry however each believer is not limited to hunger for things of God; the hunger to pray, to read the word of God, giving and service towards God. God has created an equal measure of satisfaction for every craving.

“Everyone is where they are by principle and pattern, there is a man that hears for a Nation and there is one who is in the Nation to hear God which are different levels in the spirit quoting John 5:19, this is based on Wisdom and Revelation: the voice of Revelation enables a believer to follow and the voice of Wisdom enables a believer to lead,” Apostle Grace said.

Apostle Grace Lubega, the vision Bearer of Phaneroo Ministries international noted this as he preached last weekend at Pastors Discipleship Network (PDN) in Bweyogerere, Kampala where he also urged believers to differentiate hunger for God and lusting because all of them look the same but the difference is always in the fruit.

Spiritual hunger and thirst is when one has a longing or a desire whose solution is not known but can only be made whole by the word of God contrasting what people define as hunger which can be satisfied by food and thirst that can be quenched by water quoting Amos 8:11.

Apostle Grace added that a believer with hunger should also have willingness to pay the price, sacrifice. “the God we serve is a God of sacrifice, (Genesis 22:2-13) God asked Abraham for Isaac as a sacrifice for him to be made a father of the world,” he said.

He now brought to the understanding of the believers that because the Jews kept on offering sacrifices so as to have a right standing with God, God had to send his only begotten son Jesus to pay the ultimate price for the propitiation of their sins.

Paul labored more than all the brethren yet not him but Christ working through him (1 Corinthians 15:10) Apostle Grace advised believers to serve God wholeheartedly which is the greatest sacrifice any believer can make towards God.

Richard Ruharuza, the host pastor applauded Apostle Grace for attending after recollecting memories of prayers and commitment to the Lord from way back in University.
