Apostle Grace Lubega, the vision bearer of Phaneroo Ministries International, has tasked Ugandan legislators to remain relevant especially now when the world and science are evolving at a very high speed.
Speaking at the parliamentary breakfast fellowship on Thursday morning, the man of God said every leader is supposed to seek and hear God at a personal level, something that will stir divine purpose and keep them relevant as the church because the world of inventions and innovations is evolving rapidly.
“There are places where you go alone because God does not consecrate, call or anoint individuals through prayer partners but rather through solitude places (personal altars) where He gives wisdom and a message not only for the nation but the world (Psalms 25:12),” Apostle Grace added.
Relating to Joseph in the Bible who interpreted a dream of the king that would later be an answer to the world (Genesis 39:20-40:23), Apostle Grace provoked the legislators to wait on God and dwell in his presence for them to earn power with men from God that will see Uganda as a nation advance in all aspects of development.
David Bahati, the Minister of state for trade, industry and cooperatives who also chairs the parliamentary breakfast fellowship, applauded the apostle and said the message was timely especially now when the country is going through challenges like the Ebola pandemic and as front-runners, they are ready to lead their constituencies and the nation the God’s way.
The fellowship was highly attended physically with different members of parliament, cabinet ministers and the parliamentary staff members with a zoom online audience that had over three hundred attendants.
